I am a second year undergraduate student studying a degree in Finance, who enjoys helping others grow.
As a present Vice Fund Manager for the Ghosal Investment Fund, my duties involve managing £5000 ‘real money’ mainly in equity markets. This includes producing investment recommendations based on valuation models such as the Discounted Cash Flow, AEG and RI.
My first coding project used VBA where I created an automated vanilla DCF to save time when producing such equity recommendations, which has resulted in a 7.13 percentage point return for my team. Additionally, I am able to code on R, Python, C++ and have completed the Bloomberg Markets Concepts course; such skills I hope to use in the future as financial markets move ever closer to a technology core.
Above all else, I am certain that my interpersonal, intercultural skills and altruism, acquired by having lived in 3 countries, speaking Hungarian, German, English and volunteering at several charities are my strongest assets.
